Order Jollibee Online Using Facebook Messenger, It's Free, Easy, and Convenient!
Do you always crave for Jollibee Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti, Jolly Hotdog, or Halo Halo Sundae when you are at home but you don't have a landline and you are not keen on spending too much money calling their 8-7000 Jollibee Delivery hotline number using your mobile number?
Well, here's a new value-added service from the country's largest restaurant chain, Jollibee Foods Corporation, that you definitely must see!
On June 18, 2020, Jollibee formally started receiving online food delivery orders through their official Facebook Messenger account! Yup, all you have to do is to pick items from their menu via chat and they'll deliver those to you.
Since Facebook Messenger through mobile internet from Smart, Talk N Text, Sun, Globe, and TM is essentially free in the Philippines, getting Jollibee treats delivered right to our doorsteps has never been more hassle-free and convenient.
To order Jollibee Online using Facebook Messenger, simply go to Jollibee's Official Facebook Page using Facebook App on your Android smartphone or Apple iPhone. Then, click on the Messenger icon as shown in the image above.
From there, simply tap on the blue "Get Started" button at the bottom of the screen to start the conversation and initiate the online order procedure.
Note that the minimum order for delivery is PHP 200 while the maximum amount is PHP 3,300. Currently, since this service is just new, the menu is still limited and it's only available in select stores. You might also want to try this during regular store hours to increase your chances at actually placing an order.
In the Messenger conversation, a Jollibee representative will get your name, address, and contact number for confirm your order. You may pay for your food through Cash on Delivery, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB), or Paymaya.
There's also a "Pick-up" option for those who are on the road. Although, I think the only reason why you'd want to use that is if the store is about to close and you need to pull off a buzzer beater for that Jollibee Chickenjoy Bucket, Burgersteak Meal, or what-have-you. But hey, I could be wrong.
In case you get a notification that the Jollibee branch for your delivery zone is not yet accepting orders though Messenger at the moment, you can always try using Grab Food - which has a wider delivery coverage - to get your fill. But then, as you know, to use the Grab application you'd have to subscribe to a mobile internet prepaid promo from your network.
MustSee Philippines appreciates this value-added service from Jollibee because it serves the people well. We hope that their Facebook Messenger food delivery service will become a well-oiled part of their standard operations moving forward. Great job as always, Jollibee!
